Refunds Policy

Train and Track Play sessions

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your booking. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your booking you provide more than 72 hours’ notice. This will enable us to make the booking slot available to others.

With cancellations made less than 72 hours’ notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people.

Bookings for Train and Track play sessions which are cancelled with more than 72 hours notification will be eligible for a full refund. The booking will then be cancelled and made available to other people to book.

Bookings for Train and Track play sessions which are cancelled with less than 72 hours notification will not be eligible for a refund. The booking will still be cancelled and made available to other people to book.

Children who do not show up for their booking will be considered as NO SHOW and will not be eligible for a refund.

Birthday Parties

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your Birthday Party booking. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your birthday party booking you provide more than 72 hours’ notice. This will enable us to make the booking slot available to others. With cancellations made less than 72 hours’ notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people.

Bookings for Birthday Parties which are cancelled with more than 72 hours notification will not be eligible for a refund of 50% of any fee's already paid. The booking will then be cancelled and made available to other people to book.

Children who do not show up for the Birthday Party will be considered as NO SHOW and will not be eligible for a refund.

 

General Terms

The Cancellation of a booking is the sole responsibility of the Parent/guardian and must be made in writing via either email or text message.

 

We understand that Special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 72 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.

We firmly believe that good client/customer relationship is based upon understanding and good communication.
